Guideline‑5: Social Infrastructure

When land use is desi­gna­ted, it has to be ensu­red that the requi­red social infra­struc­tures (schools, day­ca­re cen­ters, seni­or citi­zens etc.) remain finan­ci­al­ly balan­ced also with respect to demo­gra­phic aspects. The instru­ment of urban deve­lo­p­ment con­tracts is par­ti­cu­lar­ly used for this purpose.
