Urban deve­lo­p­ment at the air base is to meet a wide ran­ge of needs in terms of infra­struc­tu­re and social struc­tu­re and is to take place with a mix­tu­re of dif­fe­rent uses and buil­ding den­si­ties geared at urban living in mind.

Citi­zens are to be kept infor­med on the sta­tus of deve­lo­p­ment at the air base in a time­ly and ongo­ing man­ner and be ade­qua­te­ly invol­ved in the deve­lo­p­ment and plan­ning process.
